Bases: StrEnum

When a culture was read out (the endpoint is part of what was measured).

• fixed_duration: after a stated time (Environment.duration_hours).

• fixed_generations: after a stated number of doublings (Environment.duration_generations), e.g. serial pooled passages.

• until_control_saturation: when the vehicle-only control saturated, a variable time (Wildenhain: “approximately 18 h or until solvent-treated control cultures were saturated”).
