Bases:
HashableProvenanceGapMixinThe ORF annotation a deletion strain was BUILT against, when not the current gene.
The YKO strains deleted ORFs as annotated around 2000. When that ORF has since been merged or reannotated, the perturbation’s
systematic_gene_namestays the CURRENT gene (so gene-keyed joins work) and this record states what was physically deleted: the source ORF name verbatim, its relation to the current gene, and the deleted interval. Two strains whoseconstructed_orfdiffer are different perturbations and must never be averaged into one record (#505 G3, #506 finding 4).relationanddeleted_spanare set or gapped.- model_config: ClassVar[ConfigDict] = {'extra': 'forbid', 'frozen': True}
Configuration for the model, should be a dictionary conforming to [ConfigDict][pydantic.config.ConfigDict].
