torchcell.ontology

Helpers for inspecting the torchcell BioCypher ontology. The print_* functions in tc_ontology print the ontology structure, a summary and the schema mappings; the mermaid_diagram module (not re-exported) renders the BioCypher schema as a Mermaid diagram.
