list_databases(uri: str, user: str, password: str, *, probe: bool = True) → list[ServedDatabase]

Every user database of the DBMS at uri with its aliases, release, and health.

probe reads one Dataset node from each online database: the count store answers even when the files underneath fault, so a real property read is what tells a healthy store from one whose cold pages raise IOException.
