torchcell.verification.VerificationReport

class VerificationReport(*, dataset_name: str, provenance: ~torchcell.verification.report.Provenance, results: list[~torchcell.verification.report.LevelResult] = <factory>)[source]

Bases: BaseModel

Provenance + the L-level results for one dataset.

model_config: ClassVar[ConfigDict] = {'extra': 'forbid'}

Configuration for the model, should be a dictionary conforming to [ConfigDict][pydantic.config.ConfigDict].

property gate_results: list[LevelResult]

The results that decide the verdict (finding_class gate).

property findings: list[LevelResult]

The genome-reference results (finding_class report), held or not.

property open_findings: list[LevelResult]

The genome-reference results that do not hold, listed under the verdict.

property passed: bool

True only if every GATE result passed; a report without one is NOT passed.

A genome-reference finding never enters the verdict, whatever it says: a store whose only failing rows are report rows passes, with those rows listed.

property levels_covered: set[Level]

The set of L-levels that have a recorded result.

add(result: LevelResult) → VerificationReport[source]

Append a result and return self (chainable).

summary() → str[source]

The verdict, one line per gate rule, then the genome findings under it.

A gate row is [ok] or [XX]; a genome-reference row is [ok] when the reference agrees and [rp] (reported) when it does not.
