Aggregate view of the ProvenanceGaps across a built dataset – the worklist.

A documented gap is a PASS, not a failure: this census is informational. Its payoff is worklist_fields – the distinct fields carrying a deferred_pending_source_review gap, i.e. exactly what a future per-paper SI comb (or OCR fan-out) would close.
