load_surface_from_sources(sources: dict[str, str]) → SchemaSurface

Build a SchemaSurface from label -> source text pairs.

Used to analyze a schema version that is not on disk – e.g. git show HEAD:... output for the static impact check – without writing temp files. A missing/empty source simply contributes no classes.
