environment_compound_collisions(environment: Environment) → list[EnvironmentCompoundCollision]

Compounds encoded twice in one environment: as a component AND as an edit.

A chemical stress is an EnvironmentPerturbation; a constant ingredient is a MediaComponent. The same species in both roles is double-counted, and any aggregate over “records dosed with X” then disagrees with the medium’s own composition. Identity is the InChIKey when both sides carry one, else the normalized name.
