enum_value_collisions() → dict[str, list[str]]

Schema enums whose members share a value (a silent Python alias).

a = "x" followed by b = "x" does not error: b becomes an ALIAS of a, iteration yields one member, and two ontology concepts collapse into one with no diagnostic anywhere.
