adapter_optional_traversals(source: str) → list[OptionalTraversal]

Adapter chains that dereference THROUGH a schema field that may be None.

Environment.temperature is optional because a secondary curation layer may not carry it (a typed gap, not a guess). Any adapter chain that walks past such a field unguarded turns a legal record into an AttributeError at KG-build time, which is the schema and the adapter disagreeing about what a record may be.
