visual_score_gene_set(records: Sequence[dict[str, Any]]) → set[str]

The host loci a dataset’s records name: the L4 gene-universe overlap key.

Every perturbed systematic name except the HETEROLOGOUS ones, the shared test (heterologous_identifier()) the bioproduction families apply: a name whose source_organism is not the record’s own species is a gene of another genome, while an extra copy of a NATIVE gene names its real locus and belongs in the universe. The scored-deletion key (_deleted_genes()) answers a different question and keeps its own rule.
