A served release and the installed package are not a pair.

Raised by require_paired() when the installed schema surface does not reproduce every served dataset’s contract fingerprints, or when the store carries no release node at all. A package version and a knowledge-graph release either read every served record under the contract it was written with, or the client refuses; there is no partial pair.
