Render the legible, Nature-compliant structural panel.
The full map cannot be a printed figure: every class name across 179 mm forces the labels to about 1.2 pt, five times under Nature’s 6 pt floor. So this panel drops to the level that is legible – the six domains, the hourglass between them, and each domain’s roots and subtype counts read off the graph – and prints the explorer URL for the rest.
The whole thing is laid out in POINTS, with the viewBox width set to the physical width in points. A font-size of 6 in user units is therefore exactly 6 pt in the rendered figure, which makes the type-size guarantee structural rather than a thing to re-check by hand.
