A reaction with no metabolites, which neither graph view can represent.

hypernetx drops a hyperedge with no members, so such a reaction would vanish from reaction_map while bipartite_graph kept it as an isolated node. Both views refuse it instead, so they always agree on the reaction set. yeast-GEM 9.0.2 has none of its 4,131 reactions in this state.
