write_snapshot(snapshot: KgReleaseSnapshot, closures: Mapping[str, Mapping[str, str]], repo_root: Path) → tuple[Path, Path]

Write the snapshot and its closures companion; returns the two paths.

closures is the manifest’s per-dataset closure map and must name exactly the snapshot’s datasets.
