base with a dataset paper’s own medium statements appended to its provenance.

The loader-side half of a deferral: a paper that names a library medium (“YPD”, “synthetic complete”) but prints no recipe, or prints the same recipe, keeps the library object’s composition and adds its own verbatim sentence(s). name and provenance are not part of media_identity, so the result joins the library object exactly; only the record’s statement of who said so grows.
